About the Experience
Enjoy a weekend away with Gourmet By Nature. Stay 3 nights at Rocky Road Cottage, on a private lake with a dock and water access (only 20 minutes from Wolfville). Plenty of outdoor living space with a large deck, perfect for enjoying the view, the peace and quiet sunsets. Unplug from your busy life (there is no WIFI or cable here).
Saturday you will join Chef & Guide Sean for a guided fishing tour by boat, forage wild plants, explore bog habitats for food, catch a fish for lunch, or just sit back and relax. Return to the cottage to learn how to prepare local, natural, gourmet food over an open fire – and eat it!
Have the rest of the weekend to yourself - explore our many local wineries, craft breweries, amazing trails, or simply unplug, relax, and enjoy the view.
Your fridge will be stocked with two deliciously local gourmet breakfast baskets so you don't have to worry about that either.
