About the Experience
Striped Sea Bass. It's a fish, usually a pretty big fish and it's delicious! We'll meet you on the shore to see what we can do to catch a big fish (don't worry, we'll have back up, just in case). Then we'll take a walk along the shoreline to see what we can forage and harvest to add to our meal. Chef Sean will give you a few tips along the way and show you how to cook the big fish. Eating the big fish? That's on you.
