This is a moving experience! Meet us on the shore for some fishing how to's, tips and tricks. Land the big one (we hope). Then back to the Wild Kitchen in Port Williams to prepare, cook and feast. All equipment and gear is provided.

It's a fish, usually a pretty big fish - the striped sea bass. We'll take you on the shoreline to see what we can do to catch a big fish (don't worry, we'll have back up, just in case). Then we'll go back to the Wild Kitchen in Port Williams and show you how to deal with the big fish and how to cook the big fish. Eating the big fish? Yes, we'll do that too!
