Learn how to do it right - and learn how to bake gorgeous bread in our authentic wood fired oven. Come to this class for the confidence and skills to make your own sourdough bread - and take home some starter, and of course your own fresh bread! Enjoy lots of tasters using our wild dips, oils and spreads. Use your new skills at the local community wood ovens in Dartmouth and in Wolfville, or your own backyard! Maximum 8 guests. Cost: $95.00 per person.
