Why not taste some terroir, from the sea! Local sea salt is becoming increasingly popular, so let's go ahead and make some wild salt. Sea salt differs from table salt in that it has a unique flavour and texture – minerals from the water flavour the evaporated crystals versus mined salt deposits that goes through processing. Join us for a step by step 'backyard' process, and create some amazingly salt-a-licious flavours by blending and infusing different wild ingredients. Cost: $95 per person.
