It's a fish, usually a pretty big fish - the striped sea bass. We'll meet you on the shore to see what we can do to catch a big fish (don't worry, we'll have back up, just in case). Then we'll go back to the Wild Kitchen in Port Williams and show you how to deal with the big fish and how to cook the big fish. Eating the big fish? That's on you.
